The Westies

In the 1980s, in the Hell's Kitchen area, the Westies gang seeks to capitalize on the construction of the Javits Center complex. Despite the fact that the gang is significantly inferior in numbers to the Italian mafia, its brutality provides it with a share of the profits. Meanwhile, a generational conflict escalates and an FBI investigation gathers momentum.
