A group of radical environmental activists take 300 people hostage at a lavish party in a skyscraper in order to expose the corrupt top brass of an energy company. However, there is a real madman among the gang, who plans to destroy the hostages as a manifesto of anarchy. Only a girl who found herself on the other side of the windows of an impregnable skyscraper - a former special agent, and now a simple window washer - can save people from death.
