The main characters of the film are "ambulance" workers in Kharkiv, who in February-March 2022, under constant shelling and bombing, rescued civilians and military personnel of their city. The young paramedic Nadiya, despite the real danger and the boy's persuasion to leave for a safer place, decides to stay in Kharkiv surrounded by the occupiers, not understanding what awaits her in the coming weeks - sleepless nights on duty, painful losses, daily risks for the sake of saving others and a face-to-face meeting with the enemy.
