Richie Bravo, a once-successful pop star, is chasing his faded fame in windy Rimini. He finances his promiscuous lifestyle and gambling addiction with concerts for busloads of tourists and sexual favors for his female fans. His world begins to crumble when his adult daughter suddenly bursts into his life and demands money from him, which he never gave her.
