Ia is the name of the star of the traveling circus, a curious gray donkey with sad eyes. Shortly after the closing of the circus, his big trip to Europe begins. On his way, Ia encounters various people - good and evil. This is a respectable countess, a young Italian priest, and a riotous Polish football team.
