The Lost Symbol

A young Harvard professor, Robert Langdon, receives an invitation to give a lecture in the Capitol. Shortly before the event, he learns that his mentor Peter Solomon has been kidnapped. The perpetrators left Solomon's severed hand at the scene of the crime. To save a friend and stop a global conspiracy, a professor of religious symbology has to decipher the "lost word" of the Freemasons.
