The film takes place during the pandemic of a deadly virus - a year and a half after civilization has fallen into ruins, chaos and anarchy. Former FBI agent Ben must protect a young woman who is immune to the disease. The main danger for them comes from the criminal psychopath Aaron, who has a view of the girl's antibodies.
