10-year-old Cecile moves to the suburbs of Paris with her mother. The girl does not manage to find new friends in the village. One day, a traveling circus stops nearby, the main star of which is a pony named Polly. The girl accidentally learns that ponies are mistreated in the circus, and decides to save the animal. So new friends become fugitives who will have to experience a real adventure together.
