Continuation of the famous Oscar-winning film "Man and Woman" (1966) and "Man and Woman: 20 Years Later" (1986). The former racing driver lives in a nursing home and suffers from Alzheimer's disease. He does not remember what happened to him a few minutes ago, but he remembers well his love story with a woman he met 52 years ago.
