Monsters of Man

In the remote jungles of Cambodia, the CIA conducts unauthorized tests of combat robots with artificial intelligence created by a private company. While shooting a gang of armed drug dealers, the androids also destroy the inhabitants of a forest village, which is witnessed by a former marine and a group of American medical students participating in a volunteer program. They manage to escape almost unscathed into the jungle, but the CIA doesn't need witnesses.
