A philosophical and surreal story about the lives of people in modern Los Angeles. In an ironic manner, the life of several families whose destinies are closely intertwined due to random circumstances is shown. While city services fight the invasion of locusts on Los Angeles, its residents work and have fun, meet and break up, change and fall in love. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, they do not have enough time to stop and think about real values.
