The co-pilot of a passenger plane, Tobias Ellis, is forced to confront terrorists at an altitude of 9,000 meters during a flight from Berlin to Paris. Without leaving the cockpit, he tries to maintain control of the plane and at the same time protect the passengers, negotiating with the invaders.
