The main character of the tape, Basil, has been unlucky since childhood. First, his father is killed by an anti-personnel mine, and when Basil grows up, a bullet almost takes his life. After being wounded, he loses his job and ends up on the street without a penny. But when the usual, monotonous life is destroyed, the main character discovers a different world for himself and finds loyal friends. Together with them, Basil tries to restore justice and punish the owners of a deadly business that destroyed his life and the lives of millions of other people. "Pranks for green devils" is a funny and intelligent satire on a world in which war and weapons are just business.
