2005 year. Four friends return to the Ninth Ward of New Orleans, destroyed and damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Very soon they realize that now they may have difficulties with work. Therefore, they have no choice but to seek help from a local gangster who hires them to rob a casino right in the center of the city.
