In the world of the future, space and our solar system have become the main tourist destination. One of the passengers is an aspiring comedian who is given a chance to show everyone that he is "the funniest man in the universe." He embarks on an eight-week flight aboard the luxurious Judd Galaxy spaceship, although he realizes that he is completely unprepared for the long journey.
