Mon chien Stupide
Mon chien Stupide
Henri is no longer quite young. Once, 25 years ago, the man was at his peak - he wrote a bestseller that sold an incredible number of copies, success was guaranteed. At the same time, he had his beloved wife Cecile, who spent all these 25 years with him. And every year, both his mental state, his writing talent, and his relationship with his wife get worse and worse. Henri blames his grown-up children for this, with whom he has no dialogue at all. In order to restart his life somehow, the man decided to pick up a stray dog from the street. He named him Idiot, and this cheeky face would change the life of its new master. More Henri is a middle-aged writer in crisis: married and father of four children, he obtained, many years ago, an editorial success that he has never repeated again. Just at a time when he assesses his life, an enormous gray dog, impolite and smelly, sneaks into Henri's house. Despite the attempts of the whole family to throw him out, and that his wife's unconditional love begins to falter, this dog, whom they decide to call "Stupid," is going to become Henri's best friend.
