John Rambo is serving time in a maximum security prison. He resigned himself to his fate, and even in this situation he did not stop respecting the basic laws of military brotherhood: to believe his partner, to cover his back, to give his life for him and his country. When Colonel Troutman, John Rambo's former combat commander, offers him to go to Vietnam for a special operation to rescue captured American soldiers, Rambo does not hesitate and immediately agrees.
