The Aeronauts
The Aeronauts
The year 1862 is outside. A time when women didn't have many rights, and science made fun of dreamers more than it helped them. Newbie meteorologist James Glaisher has a brilliant idea about how to predict weather conditions. This discovery can help every person on our planet - only scientific societies consider it delusional and not real science. The only way for James to prove his theory is to ascend to a previously unattainable height in a hot air balloon. He himself cannot do this, but together with the brave and even desperate pilot Amelia Wren, it is quite possible. Someone's goal is to make a scientific discovery, and someone wants to go down in history with a record, but they can only go through this adventure together.
