Joe and Ben Wider are brothers who have become legends. They put their whole lives on one thing - the development of bodybuilding in the USA. They are called the fathers of the fitness movement. In 1946, the brothers became the founders of the International Federation of Bodybuilding - and this organization became one of the most influential in its field in the world. But if you think that everything turned out very simply for them, you are very mistaken. They had ill-wishers, and misunderstanding of the environment, and poverty, and the fight against anti-Semitism. But on their way, the boys drew a lucky ticket in Austria, whose name is Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is the story of how two brothers built their empire and made bodybuilding a sport.
