A series of gruesome murders swept through the city. The police, including Detective Marshall, are ready to use any method to catch the criminal. Sometimes, it's too dangerous and goes beyond all possible limits - this is how Commissioner Harper uses girls as bait for a killer. While it worked, more than one beauty died... But still, the police managed to catch a young guy named Simon, to whom all the evidence points. He has a mental disorder, due to which several personalities live together in him, and each has its own reality, one of which is the legendary Hannibal Lector.
