One man was completely alone, but insanely talented. His wooden products simply amazed the imagination, and so Carlo decided to plan his son. But he could not even imagine that his doll would come to life! So Papa Carlo had a son, whom he named Pinocchio. Of course, the boy was not at all like the others, because he was made of wood. He was constantly drawn to adventures, and the boy absolutely did not want to obey his father. On his life's path, he will meet a cruel circus performer, insidious swindlers, a little bit of magic, and even the belly of a whale. And most of all, Pinocchio wants only one thing - to become the most ordinary boy. Even a doll is capable of this, you only need to wish for it with a pure heart. The director of the film is Matteo Garrone, who is known for the projects "Gomorrah" (2008), "Scary Tales" (2015), "Dogman" (2018).
