Locked in the four walls of the house by the will of her father, seven-year-old Chloe lives in fear of the outside world, which at the same time is incredibly interesting to her. There, the so-called "Normals" become a source of constant danger, or so the girl believes. When a mysterious stranger offers her a look at what's really going on, Chloe finds out that although the truth is not so simple, the danger is very real.
