Gabrielle is a young girl with Williams syndrome. Contagiously cheerful, with an exceptional musical gift. Ever since she met her boyfriend Martin at a rehab center where they sing in a choir, Martin and Gabriel have been together. However, since they are "different", Martin's mother is afraid of their relationship. As the choir prepares for an important music festival, Gabrielle does her best to show her independence. She seeks to overcome other people's prejudices, as well as her own fears, in the hope of experiencing a love that is far from "ordinary".
