In a small seaside town near the Navy base, wandering musicians come to organize a carnival. Among the guests are two young people, Etienne and Bill, who were abandoned by their girlfriends shortly before and ran away with the sailors. To prepare a musical number, the young men have to seek help from the local twin sisters Solange and Delphine, who are also involved in music.
