American serviceman Michael Knox blames himself for the death of his brother, who died in a hot spot. He arrives in London to spend time with his daughter, a high school student, Danny. Together, they go to the semi-finals of the Europa League, where clubs from England and Russia met. Meanwhile, the Russian revolutionary Arkady Belov and his armed group infiltrate the stadium under the guise of the press. They take the security chief hostage and force him to follow their instructions. With the help of the equipment available to him, the terrorists begin to scan the faces of the fans in search of Belov's brother, the politician Dmytro, who is officially considered murdered. The attackers are also blocking exits from the stadium and jamming mobile phone signals.
