In "Insult" and "Insult Beyond", the previous installments of this Yakuza trilogy, the Japanese crime syndicate Hanabishi rises to power after a bitter battle with the Sanno clan. Otomo, a stoic old-fashioned yakuza, now has a Korean patron. He would most like to fish with his friend, but fate decides otherwise.
