ROH Live: Macbeth

General Macbeth fights on the side of the King of Scotland, but when a coven of witches prophesies that he will become king himself, ruthless ambition drives Macbeth and his wife to terrible deeds. Having killed the monarch, Macbeth takes the place of the king, and intrigues and endless carnage become symbols of his short, doomed reign. The witches have another prediction that also comes true: Macbeth and his wife die and justice is restored.
