Two freedom-loving souls had to come together sooner or later. And so it happened - Tami Oldham and Richard Sharp met in Tahiti. They love to travel, especially by sea. And they love each other even more. One rich man offered them to deliver a luxury yacht hundreds of miles from Tahiti to San Diego. It should be a great trip, albeit a bit challenging due to the distances involved. But they did not take into account one circumstance - a hurricane of the 5th level is approaching. They don't want to save the yacht - it will be difficult to survive. And even if they remain intact, it is not a fact that someone will find a small yacht in the vastness of the Pacific Ocean. Read more The film is based on real events. The film was directed by Baltasar Kormakur. He previously worked on the films "Contraband" (2011), "Two Barrels" (2013), "Everest" (2015). Shailene Woodley ("The Fault in Our Stars" (2014), "Divergent" franchise, "Big Little Lies" series) and Sam Claflin ("Mary and Martha" (2013), "With Love, Rosie" (2014), "Hunger Games" franchise) played two main roles in the film. The film will be released on May 31, 2018.
