African Archbishop Desmond Tutu, a future Nobel Peace Prize laureate, after the liquidation of apartheid heads the South African Commission for Investigating Crimes. He visits white-skinned serial killer Pete Blomfeld in prison, thirsty for redemption for the blood he spilled.
