Tatiana Mills is an ordinary American teenager. Almost. She has typical problems with other girls at school, her mother leads a promiscuous lifestyle with some massage therapist. In general, no one understands her. The only person she can trust is the dictator of one of the island countries of the British Caribbean, Anton Vincent.
