The central character, the controller of Bulchu, does not leave the underground at all: he works during the day and sleeps on the platform at night. But his life changes when a mysterious maniac appears who pushes people under trains arriving at the station, and in one of the subway cars, Bulchu meets a girl in a bear costume...
