Thelma is still a young girl who recently became a student. She left a small Norwegian town in Oslo, away from her religious parents and their overprotective parents, to build her own life. Thelma leads a diligent lifestyle of a typical modest woman. Even boys are not interested in her. But fellow student Anya is even very attractive. The girls become friends, and Thelma is more and more drawn to Anya. At the same time, the heroine is often disturbed by sharp convulsions, due to which strange things happen around her.
