Globe: King Lear

King Lear has three daughters and no son. A father makes a reckless decision to divide the kingdom between his children, without even imagining the consequences of this reckless step. His generosity is paid with cruelty, and now the king is forced to wander the world as a vagabond. In the end, a hard realization comes to Lear: his whole life is based on false values.
