Welcome to Los Angeles, with its bright sun, wide beckoning beaches and ... thriving organized crime. Even the name of the leader of the criminal world - Mickey Cohen - is known. After the arrest of the mafia boss, one by one his assistants, who sought to take the vacant place, are sent to the other world. Naturally, the famous Los Angeles police force enters the battle with criminals.
