Joe is a war veteran and former FBI agent. Now he cannot leave his hometown without supervision and is engaged in freeing young girls from sexual captivity in brothels. But Joe does it by breaking all laws, following only his own code of honor. One influential senator is in trouble - his daughter is missing and is most likely in some kind of brothel. He asks Joe to find and free the girl from captivity. But the man understands that the network of sex slavery has become very large, and influential people are behind it.
