The Parr Family has undergone several changes since the first part of their adventures. Now little Jack-Jack begins to show his superpowers, and young Dash and Violet have different problems of their age, and the parents have switched places a bit. Elastika is now a very popular personality who improves the image of superheroes in the world. Mr. Exceptional must sit with the children, which is not such an easy task for a man. The super family, as well as their friend Freon, have big problems when they learn about a new powerful enemy. They all need to work together again, which is easier said than done.
