Ted Wallis is a debauchee, a rowdy, a lover of good whiskey. And he is absolutely not young. Hippopotamus (as his friends and colleagues call him) was kicked out of the newspaper, where he had been working for a long time, for yet another prank. His godmother named Jane offers the godfather to create his investigation in an elite house that belongs to a school friend of Ted. The hippo became interested in the case, because, according to rumors, strange things happen in this manor. Well, Ted was promised a lot of money, and there are huge stocks of whiskey there.
