The Dinner
The Dinner
In one of the most fashionable restaurants in the city, the candidate for governor Stan Loman with his wife Caitlin, as well as his younger brother Paul with his wife Claire, are having dinner. Since childhood, the brothers have lived separately from each other and rarely meet. At the same time, their sixteen-year-old sons are excellent friends. Only very recently, they committed a terrible crime. No one yet knows the names of the criminals, except for the parents, and it is not a fact that they will ever find out. At this dinner, families must decide what to do in this situation. At a critical moment, people show everything they are capable of. Each of the four will show what they are ready to do to protect their loved ones. Read more The film is an adaptation of Hermann Koch's book of the same name.
