This world is a real mess. People behave as they want - they litter, slander, motorists do not give way to pedestrians. Hooligans climbed into the house of the sensitive and slightly depressed Ruth. And they stole my grandmother's spoon. The police do not take the woman's complaint seriously, so Ruth teams up with a slightly crazy neighbor to put the bullies in their place.
