An elderly man of Chinese origin named Quan has been living peacefully for several years with his daughter in London, the capital of Great Britain. He opened a cozy Chinese restaurant and is just happy to have such a beautiful, almost adult daughter. This continues until an explosion in the middle of London takes away Quan's only joy in life - his daughter. He is ready to give everything he has left to learn the names of the bombers. Quan appeals to the British government in the form of minister Liam Hennessy. For some reason, the man is sure that this person knows the names of the terrorists.
