Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief

The film is based on Rick Riordan's first book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. The main character of "The Kidnapper" is a boy who learned that his lineage originates from a Greek god. Accompanied by a satyr and the daughter of Athena, he goes on a long journey to reconcile the gods. Throughout the film, the brave boy tries to stop a host of mythological enemies. He also has a meeting with his father and an oracle that predicts the betrayal of a friend.
