In the center of the plot are sisters Kate and Lisa, who came to Mexico on vacation. In search of thrills, Kate convinces her sister to go underwater in a cage and look at great white sharks. But their fun turns into a trap: the cage breaks, and the girls find themselves at a depth of 47 meters with less than an hour of oxygen, surrounded by the most dangerous marine predators. The main roles of sisters Liza and Kate were played by actresses Mandy Moore ("How to become a princess", "Because I want so much", "Hurry up to love") and Claire Holt ("Ancient", "Aquarius", "H2O: Just add water"), respectively. For this film, the girls specially started diving. They did not do this before. The director of the picture, the Englishman Johannes Roberts, also acted as a screenwriter together with Ernest Riera. This is not their first joint work. Previously, they collaborated in the films "On the other side of the door", "The Cursed School" and "The Cursed Forest". On August 2, 2016, the film premiered on DVD in the USA.
