An attempt to reconstruct the atmosphere and reactions of the end of the Euromaidan, when in Lviv after the Night of Anger (February 19, 2014), activists took over the function of law enforcement officers. The film uses radio recordings of activists' car patrols to ask several questions about the nature of the revolution. What is self-organization? How is democracy created? Who determines the punishment? Where are the center and periphery of the revolution? Where is its beginning and end?
