The fantasy zombie drama is based on the series of comics of the same name by the American publishing house Vertigo. In the center of the plot is a twenty-year-old girl who is studying to be a doctor and gets a job as an assistant to a medical examiner and a police detective. She needs this job because she has free access to corpses, or rather to their brains. The thing is that the girl is a zombie and she needs to eat human brains at least once a month to maintain her humanity. With each eaten brain, the heroine begins to be absorbed by the memories and thoughts of the deceased. On the one hand, this greatly hinders her from living, but on the other hand, it gives her the opportunity to solve crimes and fulfill the last will of the deceased.
