The case against 8

The film covers a five-year period of the modern history of the state of California, from 2008 to 2013, tells about the hearings and debates surrounding the infamous "Amendment N8", which prohibited the recognition of marriage between persons of the same sex, and the fight of the LGBT community for equality in matters of registration of civil relations between people.
