This is the story of the first black clown in France, who performed in tandem with a white clown, which almost went out of circulation, and with the appearance of a new partner regained its former glory. Their numbers were extremely popular at the end of the 19th century, but the interest in them was mainly due to the fact that a white clown mocked a black person.
