Extremely popular since 2004, when the "French Spring in Ukraine" festival was held for the first time, "Long Nights of the Short Meter" is constantly gaining momentum. The concept is simple - viewers are offered 6-7 hours to enjoy a selection of the best French short films while it's night outside. The program places a special emphasis on tapes that have seen the light of day recently. Most of the films from "Nights" were presented to the public at international film festivals in Cannes, Clermont-Ferrand, New York and Toronto. Fantasy dramas, comedies, animated films - everyone will find something to their liking. The event was organized jointly with the French Institute in Ukraine. All films are shown in the original language with subtitles.
