A series of spectacular robberies swept across the world, threatening the balance of financial markets. Criminals are fond of extreme sports, and every job they do is a game with death. The FBI is beginning to take appropriate steps. A former motocross legend, Johnny Yuta, becomes an agent and is assigned the task of infiltrating a group of athletes suspected of involvement in a series of shocking robberies. Although the action of the movie "On the Crest of the Wave" takes place over the course of about a month, the shooting lasted about a year. 10 countries on four continents became the venues. The creators of the picture tried to use the natural environment as much as possible instead of computer graphics. Kurt Wimmer, one of the film's screenwriters, has many good projects to his credit.
