The events of the film take place in the mid-sixties, in London. It was a time of glory for gangster brothers Ronnie and Reggie Kray, who created a criminal empire. Reginald Cray knew Bronson / Peterson personally - they were in the same prison. After their first meeting, the twin admitted that it was the most frightening prison experience of his life. Tom Hardy and Paul Anderson have already crossed paths before in the series "Sharp Visors". And they will both be seen in Alejandro González Iñárritu's new film The Survivor. The film about gangster brothers has already opened at the box office in the homeland. "Legend" broke box office records in England and entered the top of the highest-grossing films in Great Britain.
