Superhumans now live in the city-state of Attilan, hiding from humans. Their leader is Black Thunder. His voice is so powerful that the quietest whisper can destroy a city. After his brother Maximus raises a rebellion in the kingdom, he ends up in the human world of Hawaii. And Black Thunder was pleasantly surprised by what he saw.
